Problem

Scenario 1 - 2020 crews / Scenario 02 - 2068 crews / Scenario 3 - 2090 crews

Solution

Offer PO & RO Service with the new schedule data

Results

  • The average monthly BLH (block hours) for cabin crew of all ranks is around 91 hours
  • Monthly FDP (flight duty period) for the cabin crew reduced from 230 to 150 hours. Achieved 100% coverage by relaxing the FDP limit for a small group of crew between 150 and 161 hours per month
  • Raised pre-rest in each 144-hour period before being assigned duty from 48 to 49 hours
  • The post duty rest is increased from 10 hours to 11 hours
